1. User clicks the "Browse" button.
2. File window opens and user selects file to be sent from their     computer.
3. User clicks "Submit" and the file is sent to your FTP server.
4. You are sent an email notifying you what file was sent and user gets the "Upload Successful" screen and the option to send another file.
